Trust begins before the system does

Privacy, in plain language.

This notice explains what happens to information when you visit Wardmere.com, use the current CI demo, or contact Wardmere.

Last updated July 17, 2026

The short version

The current CI demo does not send your answers to Wardmere, Hermes, or any other server. Your answers stay in your browser on the device you are using. Wardmere does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website.

Information handled when you visit

Like most websites, Wardmere.com is delivered through a hosting provider. Cloudflare may automatically process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Wardmere does not use this technical information to build advertising profiles.

The site currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When those files load, your browser connects to Google and may provide ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare and Google handle information under their own privacy terms.

The CI demo

Answers you enter in “Build my CI demo” are processed in your browser and saved to that browser's local storage so the demo can produce a preview. They are not transmitted to Wardmere and are not connected to Hermes.

You can remove those answers at any time by clearing site data for Wardmere.com in your browser. Removing or resetting your browser may also remove them.

When you contact Wardmere

“Request a conversation” opens your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. If you do, Wardmere receives the information you include, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate whether Wardmere is a fit, maintain the resulting relationship, and keep records reasonably necessary for business, security, or legal purposes.

Email is processed by our email service provider. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it when practical.

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, pixels, or website analytics tools.
